BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL for the First Time Ever in 2024

Man, what a year it has been!

I'm so glad to have served so many amazing people this year. I like to keep my business small, and because of that I've connected and built relationships with so many on a deeper level. I love to see you all grow and prosper.

In case you didn't know, there have been amazing life changes since I last posted.

For one, I am pregnant with my second child. I am beyond excited, but is also the reason why I toned things down for a little while. So that everyone can get breathing room, and I can figure out how I want to move forward. For me, personal training is my passion - but I like to keep it small. I mean SMALL. I do this because I like my career at the moment - I am also passionate about that too. But also, I wanted to make sure my service to my clients is top tier service.

Everything I do is custom, I am more available, I am more flexible, and I can do more with each person. That's why I keep it this way.

Secondly, I just got accredited with my NCCPT-CPT. I wanted to take the change and celebrate with a deal that will keep me small, but also be affordable to clients if they choose to go this option. Originally my starting special is 37.50/session, and can go up to 60.00/session, but for BLACK FRIDAY, only 5 people can get a 3-month contract at 25.00/session. At 1x a week currently but the package can easily accommodate the number of sessions you would like or need.

Will I be making a ton of money off of this special? - No. That isn't the point of it. I wanted to give back to my community and offer a rate that is the same as a drop-in fitness class. Except you get just me, and it can whatever kind of session you want it to be.

This special does not include traveling to your location. This will be for in-person training at my home gym, a nice, quiet environment and away from the gym chaos, or a virtual session where I can demonstrate exercises at my home gym while you're training in the comfort of your home. Whatever works better for you.

I will write up homework assignments per client's request. Some people love it, some don't. It's whatever you want to make of your time with me.

Times are tough this year, and with a baby on the way, I know how it feels. I wanted to stretch myself and open up my heart to some newcomers until I go on maternity leave March 31st - June 1st. If you just want a 3-month situation with no pressure to renew, then this is a special for you. Because I promise I won't ask you to resign at my intro offer of $37.50 before my maternity leave. But if you want to continue afterwards, you can let me know then.
