FAQS

Find the Answers

There are always a lot of questions when it comes to fitness. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.

Exercise Recovery Modalities for Pole Dancers

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

My favorite kinds of training modalities are resistance bands, suspension training systems, and kettlebells for at home. In the gym I recommend clients try out the cable machines and get familiar with them, along with spending some time looking at the various unique pieces of equipment that your gym may offer. All of this information can better help me structure your training program to suit your needs as well as give you specialized equipment exercises that I know are effective.

Being Graceful in Your Dance Practice

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I am different than a regular gym trainer because all my Green Bay, WI area residents could have me travel directly to your home in cases of corrective exercise and exercise therapy. I am investing in specialized portable equipment that will allow me to give top tier service in a small space.  I am also unique in that I am willing to meet you at your house and go for a walk, or coach you on our jog together. Or plan a one on one dance cardio session right in your home. I'm the type of trainer that if you have a request, I will do my best to match it. Most gyms don't allow trainers to go off-site. I am lucky enough to have the resources to meet you at my home gym, train you virtually, or meet you at your location. Just not a gym that has personal trainers as that is against my code of conduct.

Nutritional Coaching

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I do not charge extra for nutritional guidance. However I also do not write diet plans because they don't work. I can give you a baseline of macronutrients to target and offer some suggestions on strategies that can get you results, but every body responds to food differently so it's important you consult a registered dietician and a physician if you would like specific guidance and a written meal plan. Once you have a meal plan put together by a dietician, I can help you through the sticking points you may have in executing the plan along with offering comparable swaps that will meet your needs.
